Spiral Codex Foundation, Inc. is a Wyoming nonprofit public benefit corporation (EIN 39-3811013) recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Eligible public donations receive an acknowledgment for your records.
Your support helps us create resources, teachings, and community offerings that reconnect people with their inner clarity— what we describe as Oversoul awareness—and with the grounded presence of Source that brings resilience, healing, and authentic connection.
Ways to Support Our Work
There are two pathways of support: public contributions through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and private non-deductible gifts through our trust. Both help sustain our mission of remembrance, presence, and emotional well-being.

Support Spiral Codex Foundation, Inc. (EIN 39-3811013) through a tax-deductible donation. These contributions fund our public teachings, emotional well-being initiatives, and community programs. A donation receipt will be emailed to you.
