Spiral Codex Foundation, Inc. is a Wyoming-based nonprofit public benefit corporation, recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity. We support emotional clarity, presence, and healthy connection through accessible education and community programs.

Spiral Codex draws on both practical tools and deeper frameworks of human awareness. We reference concepts such as Oversoul awareness—the deeper intelligence within each person that supports clarity—and Source Presence, a term we use to describe the quiet, steady center from which grounded action and healthy connection naturally emerge.
These frameworks are educational and reflective in nature. They help individuals understand themselves, navigate challenges with steadiness, and reconnect with a sense of personal meaning and direction.
Growth is not linear—it moves like a spiral. Each turn brings us inward toward clarity and outward toward connection.
